Plans and upgrading
Every feature is free. Paid plans only raise limits, like how many applications or tickets a server can get per day.
Paid plans aren’t on sale yet. Appealy is still waiting for its payment
provider to approve it, so nobody can be charged and you don’t need to upgrade to use
anything. This page will say so when it changes.
See your limits

Open Billing
In the dashboard, click Billing (under Administration).

Look at Current plan
The table shows each limit, how much your server uses now, and what the free plan allows. Most servers never get near them.

When plans are on sale
Under Change plan you pick a plan, check the price under What this costs, and press Continue to checkout. Your plan changes once the payment goes through.
